Volunteer with TEDxCalgary

As an entirely volunteer-driven initiative, the skills, energy, and passion of our volunteers are key to the success of the event. We're looking for a range of skills, from answering e-mail to working with participants and sponsors, to helping us program speakers and talks. If you have the interest and the time, we're pretty sure we have a role for you!

We'll usually answer within 24 hours (bear in mind that we're volunteers, too, so life sometimes gets in the way!), suggesting that we set up a time to talk either in person or by phone as circumstances allow. From there, we'll learn about your interests and background, and jointly figure out where your skills best fit with our initiative.

We have need for volunteers to help with all facets of the event, including logistics, sponsorships and marketing, and event programming (speakers, talks, etc.). Within these broad categories, we have roles to suit your skills and availability.
