Janice Tanton speaks from the soul of an artist, mom, and full time human being. In this heartfelt talk, she shares her exploration of the creative spirit through her native heritage and the many people she has brought together through art and music.

Painter, actor, musician, filmmaker and graphic designer, the common thread that binds Tanton's art is a devotion to human beings and connecting cultures and people of different backgrounds. Her work with has helped promote awareness of native cultures and traditions in Canada. Independently, she launched the Community Fusion Project focusing on cross-cultural relationships through painting, film and a melding of performance arts practices.
